N2  - The dissertation deals with assessment of hydrology and the dynamics of pesticides in a tropical headwater catchment in northern Thailand. Rainfall and runoff characteristics are recorded and investigated, pesticide dynamics during single events are monitored and studied. Finally, a hydrological model is applied.
